Galya has experience across Illinois and Wisconsin, with an expanding presence into additional markets. Her commercial background includes the acquisition and development of land, commercial buildings, retail properties, industrial land, office properties, NNN retail investments with national tenants, and multi-unit properties.

Her experience with multi-unit properties has included the complete investment lifecycle—from acquisition and substantial renovation to property management, operations, and eventual sale. Kasia Miec is a bi-lingual real estate broker and a member of the Gayla Georgieva Team at the

Kasia’s career has been dedicated to building relationships. Prior to becoming a real estate broker she

owned a Pilates studio and worked as a physical therapist. Kasia’s commitment to helping people reach
